How Twundle is different
How do I know people are real?
Everyone confirms a real phone number at sign-up and verifies their main photo with a selfie before their profile goes live, free. A service compares the two in seconds. If you’d rather not have your face checked by a service, a person compares a posed selfie by eye instead, within a few hours. The selfie never goes on your profile, and other members never see it. Change your main photo and you verify again.
What’s free?
Seeing who liked you, messaging your matches, every safety tool, browsing privately, and filtering on your dealbreakers. Twundle Plus adds extras, such as Boost and Priority Likes. Our table shows exactly what’s free and what’s paid, and nothing free will be moved behind the paywall for members who already have it.
Why only 10 likes a day?
So nobody’s inbox is flooded, and the people you like know you meant it. Twundle Plus members get 20.
Will I actually be seen?
Yes, by the people you fit. Twundle never hides a profile for not paying: every verified member active in the last two weeks is shown to the people whose search they fall within and whose dealbreakers they pass, paying or not. Where few people have joined yet, that may be only a handful, and we’ll tell you so. Your profile page shows your views and likes this week, with tips on what would help, and our help page explains how Discover decides who you see.
Can I filter for free?
Yes. Your dealbreakers are free: what someone is looking for, whether they have or want kids, religion, politics, smoking and drinking. A dealbreaker is strict, so you never see someone who fails it. Your other preferences sort: people who match them come first. Twundle Plus adds filters for height, education, exercise, pets and body type.
What are the people chosen for me?
Once a day, in the morning or the evening as you choose, Twundle chooses up to three people who fit you and whom you fit: your dealbreakers and theirs, what you’re both looking for, age and distance. Each comes with the reason they were chosen. Liking them doesn’t use your daily likes, and nobody can pay to be chosen.
How does Twundle keep me safe?
You can only message people you’ve matched with, and photos in a chat only work when you both turn them on. If someone sends something crude, we’ll ask if it bothers you, and reporting takes one tap. Going on a date? Share it with a friend: if you don’t tap “I’m home” by the time you set, we text them where you went and who with. We don’t watch or call anyone ourselves; your friend decides what to do. Every safety tool is free.
Can I call someone before we meet?
Yes. When one of you plans a meet, you both get one free call, voice or video, so you can see and hear each other before you go, without giving out your number. More calls, and voice messages, come with Twundle Plus.
Why can’t I like anyone right now?
You have 8 people waiting on a reply. Answer or end a chat and you can like again. It keeps conversations from being left hanging.
Can I review someone I met?
Not publicly. The morning after a meet you planned on Twundle, we ask you three private questions: did they show up, did they look like their photos, and did you feel safe. Only our moderators see the answers, and only when several people say the same thing. If you report someone, we’ll tell you when we’ve taken action.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, in one screen. Twundle Plus keeps working until the end of what you’ve paid for. We email you a week before every renewal, and if a renewal slips past you, cancel within 48 hours and we’ll refund it in full. Your price never goes up while you stay subscribed, and everyone pays the same, whatever their age.

The basics
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older in the US. Everyone confirms a mobile number and verifies their main photo before their profile goes live.
Where is Twundle open?
When Twundle opens, it opens everywhere in the US on the same day, with launch events where the most people are waiting. Join the early-access list with your ZIP code and you count toward where those events go first.
How much does Twundle cost?
Joining is free, and so are the basics in the table above. Twundle Plus adds extras; its price is set at launch, and everyone pays the same. Join the list before we open and you get 6 months of it free. After we open, so do the first 10,000 people to join.
Is there an app?
You will not need one to start. Twundle runs in the browser on your phone or computer, so there is nothing to download, and you can try it the day we open. iPhone and Android apps are on the way for people who prefer them.
What happens to my data?
It stays with Twundle. We are not part of a family of dating apps, so your profile is never shared with sister apps, sold, or handed to advertisers or facial-recognition companies. No ad cookies, no tracking pixels. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
How do I delete my account?
From your account page, at any time. Our Your data page explains exactly what is deleted, and when.
