A note from our founder

Why I am building Twundle

I’ve spent over 25 years in software development, and I’ve watched people I care about try dating apps and come away tired: endless swiping, conversations that went nowhere, and profiles that weren’t who they claimed to be, from people posting someone else’s photos to scammers and phishing schemes after their money or their personal details. I decided there had to be a better way.

The name came first. Twundle is “two” and “bundle”: two people, brought together. That’s where our slogan comes from: come alone, leave together. It was the goal before any of the app was built.

So I’m building Twundle the way I’d want it for the people I care about. Your safety and your data come first: we work to keep scammers out, and your data stays here instead of being passed around a family of apps as it is with many dating apps. And because any app can say it works, we’ll show our numbers, and how we counted them.

Many dating apps have become very good at keeping you on them while charging you for it. Twundle is built from the ground up for your success. We’re on your side.

Honest numbers

We will show our work

Plenty of apps quote success numbers nobody can check. We will not publish one until we can show how it was counted.

Both of you say so. "We met" and "we're together" count only when both people confirm it. Nothing is guessed from how you use the app.
Counted without names. The records behind any number say what happened, not who it happened to.
Published with the method, once there are enough people for the numbers to mean something.
