Founding Offer Terms

These terms explain the Founding Offer that Twundle (“we,” “us,” “our”) makes to everyone on our early-access list, and to the first 10,000 people who join after Twundle opens. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The Offer

If you qualify, you receive:

• 6 months of Twundle Plus, free, starting the day you finish setting up your profile
• A Founding member badge on your profile, kept for as long as you have your account

No payment method is needed to receive the offer, and nothing is ever charged because of it.

2. Who Qualifies

There are two ways to qualify. Either way, you must meet the requirements for a Twundle account in our Terms of Service, including being at least 18.

Everyone on the Early-Access List

You qualify if:

• You joined our early-access list and confirmed your email address by following the link we sent you, before Twundle opened for sign-ups
• You create your Twundle account with the same email address within 60 days of the day we email you that Twundle is open

If you do not create your account within those 60 days, your offer expires.

There is no limit on how many people on the list receive the offer. The list closes when Twundle opens.

The First 10,000 After Twundle Opens

After Twundle opens, the offer goes to the first 10,000 people who create an account and finish setting up their profile. You are counted the moment you finish; creating an account alone does not count. There is one count for every area, and we show how many places are left.

• A place, once given, is not given again, even if that account is later closed
• When all 10,000 places are given, the offer ends, and we stop showing it

The offer is one per person and one per account. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, or combined with another free period of Twundle Plus.

3. When the Free Months End

Your 6 months of Twundle Plus end on their own. They never turn into a paid subscription by themselves.

Before they end, we will email you to say when, and to offer you the choice of continuing with a paid subscription. If you do nothing, your account simply returns to the free features, and you keep your Founding member badge.

If you choose to subscribe, the subscription terms in our Terms of Service apply from that point.

4. Inviting Friends

Once you confirm your email address, you get your own invite link to share as you choose. We never send email to anyone on your behalf.

For each friend who joins the early-access list with your link and confirms their own email address, you earn 3 Priority Likes, up to 15 in all (5 friends).

A friend counts once:

• They must be new to Twundle: not already on the list and not already a member
• Addresses that differ only by a “+” tag, or by dots in a Gmail address, are treated as one person
• Joining with your own link does not count

You will see how many friends have joined with your link. You will never see their names or email addresses.

Priority Likes you earn are added to your account when you create it, and do not expire. They are non-refundable and non-transferable, like the Priority Likes described in our Terms of Service.

5. Fair Use

We may withhold the offer, a place among the 10,000, or invite rewards from entries or accounts that are automated, fake, or duplicated, or that otherwise try to get around these terms.

6. Our Records

We keep a record of each Founding Offer we give: which way you qualified, your place in the count if you are one of the 10,000, when you were counted, when your free months start and end, and the version of these terms in force at the time. We keep it after your account is closed, so we can answer any question about whether the offer was honored. Our Privacy Policy explains what that record holds.

7. Changes and Ending the Offer

We may change these terms, or end the offer, for people who have not yet qualified. If you confirmed your email address on the list, or were counted among the 10,000, before such a change, the terms in force at that time still apply to you.
