How Discover decides who you see

No hidden ranking. Here is exactly who appears in your deck, in what order, and what paying does and doesn’t change.

Who can be in your deck

People who fit you, and whom you fit. They are who you’d like to see, within your age range and your distance, and you are who they’d like to see, within theirs.

Your dealbreakers are strict: you never see someone who fails one. Theirs work the same way, so you aren’t shown to someone who has ruled you out.

People you have already liked or passed, and anyone either of you has blocked, are left out.

Only people who are here

Someone who hasn’t used Twundle for 14 days leaves Discover and the daily picks, and comes back the moment they use it again. Your likes go to people who are around to see them.

The order

Nearest first. If you choose backgrounds in Shown first, people who share them come first, nearest first, then everyone else who fits, nearest first. Nobody is hidden for their background.

We don’t rank people by their looks or by how many likes they get, and no AI reads anyone’s photos or messages to decide who you see.

Everyone gets seen, every day

Each day, every verified, active profile goes to the front of a few decks it fits, until it has been shown at least a few times that day. A handful of popular profiles can’t take all the attention.

Where few people have joined yet, a profile reaches the people who fit it, and we’ll say the area is quiet rather than promise more.

The people chosen for you

Your daily picks come from the same people, by the same rules: they fit you, you fit them, and they have been active in the last 14 days. Nobody can pay to be chosen.

Something here doesn’t match what you see? Tell us, and we’ll look into it.

Come alone. Leave together.
